I have a sound card but CrystalPlayer refuses to play sound. Whats wrong?

CrystalPlayer has internal audio renderer. It plays sound through the DirectSound only. Playback through the WaveOut interface is not implemented – it is an extremely slow. Please install DirectX7 or newer version.
