i assume you have tried the reboot if not go to start > control panel > device manager > then input or cameras then find the web cam might have some stupid name with numbers but should be there then right click on disable then reboot then enable again then reboot that should work if not then rick click on it and update drivers or if that doesn’t work roll back drivers then further problems after that which cant be told on here 🙂
