I have a site in mind. What is the site review process?
First of all, we look for sites with outstanding accessibility, visibility and activity. To obtain accurate statistics regarding these important aspects of the real estate, it’s important to review current demographics and a site plan – typically aerials. These are the first tools we use to evaluate any potential site. We always recommend you consider and negotiate on more than just one site. In fact, the best position to be in is actively negotiating on three or four sites so that you are in a much stronger negotiating position. Once you have homed in on these sites and franchise negotiations are finalized a BFCI representative will visit the trade area to offer insight, recommendations and final approval.
