I have a Salon Letters and/or Premium account. Can I use the same information to log into Open Salon?

If you have an existing Salon account (Letters and/or Premium), you must register for Open Salon before signing in. As a member of one of Salon’s existing properties, however, we have saved your personal information for use on Open Salon. When you register, therefore, please use your Letters or Premium username as the Open Salon “Login ID”. Then, please use the exact same password that you use for the existing Salon account. All other information can be different from what we have stored on file. If you have any trouble, please email open.problems@salon.com.
