Well i have not checked the psp scene lately but there might be a downgrader for 3.80 so you can lower your psp software version and install a custom one. When you have a custom firmware you will be able to play PSX roms on your psp. Check psp-hacks.com for more info. You will find EVERY THING there 😀 http://gamesorbiter.
