I have a Protegé DX and would like to have a tachometer. What can I do?
You can either get an aftermarket tachometer or get an OEM gauge cluster thas has one. 1st generations: A gauge cluster from a wrecked DX with convenience package should have a tachometer. It should have a 6000rpm redline. If you are unable to locate the gauge cluster, you can get the gauge cluster from the LX and swap the tachometer. The 6000rpm tachometer’s part number is BR73-55-461 and can be ordered at any dealer.
