I have a property across the street I’m interested in; not for the cashflow, but because I can keep an eye on it easily. Should I buy it?
I don’t want any piece of property that I have to see. I don’t see my properties for years at a time. You don’t want another job. You don’t want investments that bring you “pain” in my opinion. All you’re gonna have is pain because the tenant lives right across the street from you. I want investments that run properly and I never see.
