If the artwork has been damaged during the delivery, contact us as soon as possible. If you don’t like the artwork as ordered, you have 10 days to return it to us. We will proceed to an exchange. The return shipping fees are your responsibility, only non-damaged artworks in their original packaging will be accepted. We will reimburse you the price of the artworks within a period of 15 days upon the reception by Limitedpix. If you did not receive what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. We apologize and we will verify your order and make the necessary changes as soon as possible.
