I have a plexiglass panel that I need to hang in my store, what kind of hook should I use?
You have two choices. First, you may use our Cable Clamps. The maximum material thickness that this attachment will accommodate is slightly more than 1/8-inch (0.157-inch) or 4mm. This technique will require four Cable Clamps, which will be attached in the four quadrants (upper and lower, left and right edges) of the panel. A second approach is with our Utility Hook (small or large). Again you will require four hooks for each panel. These will be deployed on the left and right, upper and lower edges of the panel. The small Utility hook offers a 3/16 inch capacity while the large hook offers a 5/8 inch capacity. The Utility Hooks may be used with any number of substrate panels and are by no means limited to acrylics.
