I have a Platform Cable USB model DLC9G (or DLC9LP), but I cannot connect to it using Xilinx design tool versions 8.1i sp3 or earlier. What do I need to do?

The drivers for DLC9G and DLC9LP were not delivered on the software installation CD/DVDs until version 9.1i. If using a version earlier than 9.1i, you must either upgrade to the latest version of the design tool (recommended) or manually install the cable driver.
