Once you purchase a parking permit, your ID card should be activated within 48 hours to allow you access to the underground garage, according to the type of permit that you possess. If you have a blue or brown parking permit, your ID card should allow you to access the garage after 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and any time Saturday and Sunday. Yellow permits should allow ID card access at any time; evening yellow permits will grant you ID card access to the garage after 4:00 p.m. on weekends and any time Saturday and Sunday. If you are having problems with your ID card during times you should have access to the garage, please contact the office of Parking Services at 935-5601.
