That depends. If you have any concerns, we always recommend you consult your physician prior to beginning the program. Each student is encouraged to develop at their own pace, and Master Lee can work with you individually on ways to work around your limitations. Often, the further a student develops in Tae Kwon Do/Hap Ki Do, the stronger and more focused they become, and the more these limitations become minimized.
