Baby Steps. Don’t put her in the middle of something, or force her. She will just resist and become even more frightened. Try a little at a time. When you say she is afraid of EVERYTHING, I am not quite sure what that all entails. But I will give you some examples. If she is afraid of other dogs, SLOWLY start to socialize her with other friendly dogs so she becomes more use to other animals. I would also take her on frequent walks, where she has a chance to see the rest of the world and understand that not everything is so scary. Make SURE you keep her on a leash! Taking her out to public parks, etc. is your best bet. Anywhere there is noise and action going on. But like I said. Make sure she is leashed and you have full control of her at all times. Good luck.
