I have a medical condition (like asthma), should I do Jiu Jitsu?
You can do jiu-jitsu with taking the help of instructor. Brazlian Jiu Jitsu helps you in maintaining the health and temperature of body. In my city Arlington, Aloisio Silva Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy is very excellent BJJ academy with professional instructors. If you are living in the sam city, then take their help.
