I have a Macintosh computer and can seem to get the iFit LIVE Setup tool to work! What do I need to do to configure my iFit WIFI Module?

This is currently a known issue. At this time, the “iFit LIVE Setup” utility will not correctly see most Macintosh networks, although your module will still be able to communicate with it. This is a bug that is being worked on and will be fixed soon. Do not despair! The configuration can still be done successfully, but requires a few different steps. You will need to perform a “manual configuration,” which is very simple to do. Launch the iFit Live program, then log in. The title will probably read, “NOT CONFIGURED.” Click on the “Change Settings” button. A search for available networks will begin. Click the “Cancel Button” to stop the search. Click “Configure Manually” at the bottom of the window. This opens the manual configuration screen. At this point, you must know a little about your network. You will need to enter your SSID (network name), the Security type (None, WPA/WPA2, WEP), and enter the passphrase password, if you have one. Click the “continue” button, wait about 10 secon
