I have a Mac and my Traktor DJ Studio does not recognize my XP10/XP5 controllers. What should I do?
After installing the driver suite, open the XP-Series preferences in the System Preferences. The XP-Series preference pane should list all connected XP-Series controllers. If the “Connected devices” list is empty, please try attaching the controllers directly to the computer without any USB hubs. If the controllers still are not detected, please try using another USB cable or another USB port on the computer.Once the controllers show up in the XP-Series preference pane, press the “load mapping…” button and load the mapping file for Traktor. After that, the Traktor DJ Studio should list “EKS XP-Series MIDI” as an input interface under “Hotkey & MIDI Setup/MIDI Interfaces” in the preferences. Click on the checkbox next to the interface to make sure it is selected and then load the “TDJS3 EKS MIDI Multiple Controllers.tks” controller setting file in “Hotkey & MIDI Setup/MIDI Setup”. Your controllers should now be properly configured for use with Traktor DJ Studio.
