There’s a code that you can enter to delete *everything* even the information from the guide. So it will take 15-30 minutes to re-download like there was a power surge. To delete it, follow these steps: With your remote Press “replay” one time ( the arrow bending back ) Press “MY DVR” three times ( button next to replay) Press “LIVE” one time ( button next to MY DVR) Your box will shut down and do all sorts of junk. Let it sit a minute then turn it back on.
