I have a license in Nevada but Im moving to another state, what do I need?
The licensee must contact the State Board where they are moving to find out how to get a license there. Most states require the previous State Board to send a letter of certification. The licensee will need a letter of certification sent, They must complete the Certification Request Form which is a $10 fee. Our office can mail the form, the licensee can stop by the office to pick one up or go to the forms tab on our web site at http://cosmetology.nv.gov.
