I have a large order and need to ship to multiple addresses. What is the easiest way to do this?
A. Many of our corporate customers send large orders to multiple addresses, so we have created a template to facilitate the order. Please contact us by email (CustomerService@VillageCookieShoppe.com) or at 888.490.6688. We will email you the order form and then call to get your credit card information and verify the order once it is received. For orders with 5 addresses or less, we recommend that you order each gift separately online.
A. You can ship right here on our website. Our site is set up to take multiple addresses. You click on the arrangement you want and then you choose the shipping method and then you put in the address. Then by clicking “Continue Shopping” button you can go and choose another arrangement and do the whole process again.

A. If you order more than 1 candy bouquet you will need to order them one at a time. After you order your 1st one and place your order for the next one the ordering information will show up on the order form and all you have to do is put in the new shipping information. Q. What happens after I place an order? A. When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a “Thank You” page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to us. You will receive a copy of your order confirmation via e-mail almost immediately after you place your order. Q. What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail? A. If you do not receive a copy after placing your order then the email address you gave was incorrect.
