Yes, Kaiser offers its own health assessment and digital health coaching through HealthMedia. You may access the Kaiser program from the SISC Health Smarts portal. The awards for participating are slightly different—you receive a $50 award card for taking the health assessment and a $25 award card for participating in at least one digital health coaching session. You must complete the activities by June 1, 2010.
