I have the same problem. I can not get mine to play I just took it out the box and download some songs to it and charge it back up and now I can’t get it to turn on. It’s making a fun sound now. Piece of Junk is right. I ran out of time to return it so I stuck with a piece of junk. Have to go spend some more money Invion should be ashame of themself for making a false Mp3 player. Now I’m out of my money, have to spend more money.
