If the ink cartridge is good, there isn’t much else you can do. HP has some troubleshooting tips, but it could be that you have a major problem, and outside of warranty, you’ll need to replace or upgrade the printer. Landmark recomends laser printers because they are more rugged and dependable, and print a more permanent page at a much lower cost per page.
