You will need to complete two eCensus forms. To do this, you need your Census Form Number, which can be found at the top right hand corner of your paper Census form and two eCensus Numbers. You can obtain the second eCensus Number by calling the Census Inquiry Service on 1300 651 181 and inform the Customer Service Representative that you require an additional eCensus number due to the number of persons in your household wanting to complete an eCensus form. For both eCensus forms use the Census Form Number provided to your household.
