I have a Hammicks BMA Bookshop account but have forgotten my password – what do I do?
. If you have previously set up an account but are unsure of your password, when logging in enter your e-mail address but leave the password field blank. When you click the submit button you will be prompted to enter a password, but also given the opportunity to click the password clue box. Ticking this will display the password clue you entered when setting up your account. For this reason the password clue should be something that tells you what the password is, but is personal to you, e.g. password = “jones”, clue = “mother’s maiden name”, and not a generic thing that lots of people would know e.g. password = “Paris”, clue = “capital of France”.
