I have a GSM StarTACTM phone and wish to see the display without answering the call, in order to use CLI. How can I do this?

The phone has a feature called ‘Key Answer Only’. When this feature is enabled, the keypad cover can be opened without answering the call. The user can then note the CLI display, and the call can still be answered by pressing a key. The keypad cover will still end the call when it is closed.
