We do not specifically support the MAC OS but do have quite a few customers using MAC so we try to help out as much as possible. We try to determine what is causing a specific problem and try to help get the issue resolved but can only do so within a limited scope. The MAC OS X system (which seems to be what the majority of people are running) has Internet Explorer 5.2 and Windows Media Player 9.0 installed. The problem is that there isn’t a codec (an algorithm that codes and decodes media streams) available for Media Player that will allow you to hear seminars, you can only see them. Some of our affiliates offer RealPlayer streams but not all of them and some seminars (especially the Live Casts) come only in Media Player streams.
