I have a Foremost Commercial Mobile Home/Landlord Specialty Dwelling/Dealer Physical Damage policy. Whats changed?

Your policy has not changed. Foremost does not exclude terrorism in any of these policies. In the future customers will have the option to reject the coverage and get a premium credit. Q: If I have a policy in force at the time this law went into effect and it includes terrorism exclusions, how does the act affect my policy? Will I get charged for any coverage increases? What are my choices? We are not currently (as of February 2003) charging a premium for this coverage, but will notify agents and customers of the premium for this coverage once it is approved by the state where the agent does business and the customer buys insurance.
