If you have a firewall and are unable to use the service, you may need to modify your firewall settings by opening ports and by allowing certain servers to connect with your computer. The following ports need to be open in both directions: 80, 8080, 9090 (TCP) 5060, 6070, 8090 (UDP) 9000-9004, 20000-21000 (UDP) The following servers are used for the service: 66.33.146.18 216.53.127.19 prov1.net2phone.com prov2.net2phone.com skipprov1.net2phone.com skipprov2.net2phone.com prov.f8g9h0.net prov.yapgear.com sipvoiceline.net2phone.com You can also try to put the MTA in a DMZ, but this does not always work.
