No he would not eat them, he might play with them until he gets bit, but that all depends on how hungry he is.

He might if he were thin, but he is fat, so it is unlikely. It also depends a lot on his colour too. Black cats don’t eat hermit crabs, but white ones will quite readily. Black and white cats can go either way, sometimes eating hermit crabs on the claw, but other times they will refuse even hermit crabs neatly prepared in mornay sauce. Ginger cats I am not really sure about, as I have never owned one.

only if it is pre-shelled or pre-cooked.fat cats usually are too lazy to bother chasing or playing with hermit crabs.they’d rather save their energy eating more pre-prepared cat food.
