NIH policy does not allow multiple submissions of essentially the same project. EUREKA grants, like Roadmap Transformative Awards, are meant to support unusually innovative research, and applications to both programs for the same project are therefore not permitted, since they would constitute multiple submissions. More broadly, funding for the same project may not be sought through multiple submissions to the Roadmap Transformative Award program and any other award program targeting unusually innovative research.
