You can unbundle your Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) service from your current phone service and switch to VoiceCool without losing your Internet connection. Please contact your Internet Service Provider to request for DSL Internet access on a “dry loop”. Once you have a dry loop, your phone line and Internet connection will no longer be bundled together.
