You can contact an independent, impartial arbitration body atwww.ombudsstelle.ch(German) if it has not been possible to settle a conflict with a transport company to your satisfaction through other means. Note that this organisation does not deal with disputes concerning timetables, which are decided on through the official timetable procedure.
