Adult Services Department produces a publication called “Guide to Care at Home” which gives practical information for people who want to go on living at home and for their families, friends and carers. If you contact us on 0800 028 0888 we can send you a copy of the guide by post. It is also available on line at http://www.hants.gov.uk/adult-services/care-at-home-publications.
