I have a current, valid Minnesota teaching license. After I complete a Walden special education endorsement program, what else do I need to do to obtain the Minnesota endorsement in special education?
You must also pass the MTLE content test pertinent to your teaching content area (learning disabilities or emotional/behavioral disorders) and submit a completed endorsement application form along with the fee and the completed institutional recommendation form from Walden. The application form and directions are available on the Minnesota Department of Education Web site.
