People working at the University in either an un-paid category or someone who will be paid through a method other than University Payroll should be entered into Genesys as an affiliated non-employee. The one-page Affiliated Non-Employee Transaction Form (in PDF format) should be sent to HR as soon as possible. It is also available as a downloadable Word document on HR Forms page.
