It is not dangerous for you to take Trinessa with doxycycline but you will need extra contraception while taking doxycycline and for 7 days after the last dose. So if you haven’t started Trinessa yet, probably wait until you finish the course of doxycycline (I’m assuming it’s a short course as you have a cold).
