The company says “Please feel free to upload a small sample that illustrates the problem you are seeing. We are all feverishly working to get version 3.2 finished, but we should be able to find some time to poke around and see what’s causing the synch problem you are experiencing. The upload info is: ftp intranet.prismiq.com username: guest password: customer I add that you should create a small text file to upload also (if your file is myfile.avi name it myfile.txt)that describes the problem you have with the file on the MediaPlayer. There is NO guarantee they will cure the problem but it can’t hurt!
