If you are in the Playa del Carmen please take the highway to Cancun or towards the Cancun airport. That means you will take a right on the main highway and go north. When you get to Puerto Morelos please take the middle lane. At the traffic light make a “U” turn and take the side road (far right lane) back towards the Playa del Carmen. The side road will be next to the PEMEX gas station. After the PEMEX gas station, you will pass two speed bumps and 500 mts (1/4 mile) ahead you will find a rustic “Selvatica” sign. Take the curve to the right at the Selvatica sign; from this point you have to drive for 19 kilometers (12 miles) and then follow the signs on the right into the Selvatica park. Parking in the park will be indicated and will be small niches for one car carved out of the jungle.
