You’ll first need to place a sell or exchange order through our site. At checkout, you will have the option of PayPal or Credit. If you place an exchange order, your credit will first be applied towards your order total. Any remaining credit may be cashed out. If you choose PayPal, payment will be made within 5 business days of your products arrival, inspection, and check-in at our warehouse. Payments are always made to the email address associated with your Spun account. If you choose credit, credit will be placed into your Spun account for future purchases or for cash-out upon your products arrival, inspection, and check-in at our warehouse. If at any time you would like to cash out your account for real U.S. dollars, just contact us to let us know. We can cash out any Spun.com account with a minimum value of $10.00 in credit — excluding promotional credit, which is not redeemable for cash. At this time please also let us know if you would like this payment sent via check or PayPal.
