Nope. I also have T.Mobile and travel frequently to El Salvador. What I did is bought a prepaid Mobile Phone in El Salvador (Motorola Razr V3) for $59 (there are cheaper) and buy a prepaid card from TIGO everytime I am there. Phone calls to the US are 0.10 $/min.
