YES, if the original unit as the capability to satisfy the technical requirements for the 12.5KHz operation. Please note that the unit is not to be modified to meet these requirements. It must inherently meet the requirements. If modification is required then the FCC Identifier must change and a new type acceptance must be filed for a new approval.
