I have a 2004 Lexus RX330, when driving at 30mph it makes crackling noises. What could it be?

The crackling noises sound like a broken plastic somewhere between the seats midway and towards the rear. Usually only when accellerating or slowing down at approx 30 mph. I took it to Lexus service and the mechanic could not find the source. A: It’s gonna a game of having someone pinpoint exactly where the noise is coming from when you are driving and they are looking or listening for it.
