You can claim your JetPrivilege Award Ticket only after you accumulate an initial 10,000 JPMiles or when you complete 10 activities in your account. However, once you have crossed this threshold, as long as you have the number of JPMiles required for the award in question, you can claim JetPrivilege Awards, irrespective of your JetPrivilege Account mileage balance. You have opportunity of purchasing JPMiles at the rate of Rs. 1.25 per mile and making up for the shortfall.
