There are two options: (1) If you want to have the ablity to upgrade to a future version of Office any time before July 23, 2003, then you would buy the License-plus-Software-Assurance and one CD set. This gives you the perpetual license plus upgrade rights through July 2003, and the CD will be used to install all five licenses. The cost would be $10 for the CD pack, and $94 for each license, a total of $480. (2) If you don’t want Software Assurance you would buy five new new licenses and one CD set. This gives you five perpetual licenses (you may use that version of the software for as long as you like), and the CD will be used to intall all five licenses. The cost would be $10 for the CD pack, and $59 for each license, a total of $305.
