We are removing the Mare Information Sheet from the website. I request only a copy of the mare’s registration papers and a signed breeding/insemination certificate from your vet. I send the breeding/insemination certificate WITH the shipment to your Vet’s. Please be aware of that and MAKE SURE that your Vet signs it and gives it to you when your mare has been bred.
