I had to place a claim on my homeowners policy, but the check has come with Bogmans name on it.What do I do?
Depending on the amount of the claim check and the type of loan you have, different procedures are in place. In most instances, we can endorse the check and return it to you. When the amount of repairs that need to be done are extensive, Bogman may wish to inspect the property and monitor that the repairs are being completed as necessary, before we release some or all of the funds. Also you must keep your loan payments current, before we will release any funds for repairs.
