I had some Powerpoint slides imaged by another company and there are black lines on the left and right sides of the slides. Why?

PowerPoint defaults to a page size called “on-screen presentation” which is not the same aspect ratio as a 35mm slide. Be sure to set your page size to 35mm slides before you begin to create the slides. We take a look at your presentation before imaging to attempt to avoid problems, but the best way to avoid a problem is to eliminate it before it gets to us.
