BillJunction is a web-based bill presentment and payment service. But, some of the service providers who have registered with us may not be capable of presenting the bills online. For convenience, BillJunction classifies the service providers into Billers and Payees. Billers are those who present bills electronically and accept payments through us, whereas Payees are those who accept payments, but do not present bill details through us. In due course most of the payees would also be in a position to present their bills on BillJunction.
