I had one of the Davmore broilers with ceramic IR burners and the burners cracked. Why is the Duke broiler different?
The Duke broiler uses the same IR burner technology that is in the Frymaster fryers you have in your restaurant. They are reliable and a big improvement over the old burner technology that was used on the Davmore broiler years ago. You don’t have to clean the Duke IR burners, and there are no worries about reverberator screens that deteriorate and need replacement like those on the Nieco broiler IR burners.
