My appointment for the results is for 5 wks. I am really worried please help. My pap came back with Glandular Cells Atypical Endocervical Cells. Reactive cellular changes associated with squamous cell metaplasia. I just turned 50 and got these results two days before my birthday. I am sooo stressed out and worried, I also suffer from depression and aneixty and had these conditions well in the past, but they are surfacing again and I have no one that understands what I am going through. Dr. is not very responsive, he is very evasive. He says I might have cancer or not, he is not sure. Please help. thanks I live in Yauco, Puerto Rico.
